Even on short trips, ships build up a surprising amount of garbage/dunnage that has to be stored on board until the next port of call. And in this age of heightened environmental awareness, the way in which it is handled at the destination port is extremely important. Today, there is much national, regional and international legislation setting down rules on the correct processes.

In this regard, 24-7MC is able to remove all forms of garbage/dunnage from your vessel, and issue a garbage receipt and certificate upon collection. From experience, we personally know the hassle of not having this receipt onboard, and sailing to the next port and dealing with Port State Control Officials.
